Katie Harrison | Co-founder

Katie specializes in business and brand strategy, consumer research and behavior, marketing and advertising with a focus on driving progress on social issues. Katie co-founded Motive, a social innovation company that works with organizations to model social impact into their business. Clients include: Morgan Stanley, Getty Images, Gap Inc., Old Navy, Friends of the Global Fight, and NYSE.

Formerly Head of Strategy at creative agency Bartle Bogle Hegarty (BBH) Katie managed the strategic planning department in North America. Over the years she has led strategy at BBH and Fallon for global brands such as BBC Worldwide, Levi's, Sony Europe, UNICEF and Unilever (Axe, All, Vaseline, Ben & Jerry's) and been based in London, Singapore and New York.

Erin Thornton | Co-founder

Erin specializes in the nexus between policy and public engagement with a special focus on global health, women and girls and international development. She's helped to start two global advocacy organizations, and consulted for many others on how best to authentically and meaningfully make a difference by marrying smart engagement of policymakers with the power of an informed and energized public.

Erin co-founded Every Mother Counts (EMC), a campaign that mobilizes the public on global maternal health, alongside Christy Turlington Burns, and served as its founding Executive Director until 2015. Prior, Erin spent eight years as the Global Policy Director of DATA and later the ONE campaign to fight global poverty. She helped to establish ONE as a critical bridge between policymakers and the public.

Sheila Roche | Co-founder

Sheila specializes in generating big ideas to effect social change, brand strategy, creative marketing and communications. She launched the (RED) organization, founded by Bono and Bobby Shriver, to fight AIDS in Africa by mobilizing private sector resources for the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria. Sheila has been at the center of (RED) strategy since its inception and has led its major campaigns including Bono's guest editorship of Vanity Fair, record-setting auctions, (RED)'s annual Shopathon campaign and The Lazarus Effect documentary which she co-produced. Formerly the Managing Director of Principle Management, her clients included U2 and PJ Harvey. Her work with Bono on his advocacy catalyzed her interest in the power of talent and business to help change the world.

Jenifer Willig | Co-founder

Jenifer specializes in business strategy, marketing and communications with a focus on creating, developing and helping grow companies and social enterprises around a range of issues. Jenifer co-founded Motive, a social innovation company that works with organizations to model social impact into their business. Clients include: Morgan Stanley, Getty Images, Gap Inc., Old Navy, Friends of the Global Fight, and NYSE.

Jenifer is also the co-founder of WHOLE WORLD Water, a social enterprise uniting the hospitality & tourism industry to raise money for clean and safe water projects globally. Prior, Jenifer led the (RED) organization founded by Bono and Bobby Shriver to fight AIDS in Africa by mobilizing private sector resources for the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria.
